Beautifully shaped and big size antique porcelain box with a hinged lid that is impressively hand painted in a rich complex landscape featuring a horse and rider, a sailboat, and a cottage. French maker's marks at bottom. Measures about 8" wide and 5.5" front to back, height is 2.75". Condition is excellent with age appropriate wear to all surfaces.
