SHIPPING & TRACKING
Please see the Shipping section in the item listing. We generally ship via airmail within 2 business days (exceptions for snowstorms, etc.), we'll message you with tracking for your order.
Domestic and international shipping costs will be included in your shopping cart, where applicable. Tracking and full insurance (or the maximum insurance available if full coverage is not available to your destination) are included in the shipping costs. Insurance for lost items is invalid if tracking shows delivery, so please be sure your delivery address is secure; signature may be required. Transit time is generally 3+ business days within the US, international transit times vary and a Customs fee(s) may be charged by your government for international orders. We accept payments by PayPal, Zelle, personal check or money order (US domestic), and bank transfer.
VINTAGE & PRE-OWNED
Most of our shops (all but LadyBrothers, and Fotografiend) sell vintage and pre-owned items. If you have a question about t-shirt sizing, please see the size guide in each listing. Items bought from these shops are returnable within 7 days of delivery for exchange or store credit, please notify us within 3 days of original delivery. Buyer pays return shipping, and reshipping costs.
NEW / MADE-TO-ORDER via LADYBROS
LadyBrothers (LadyBros) sells only demi-couture made-to-order garments. All designs from this shop are made on request, and are specific to each buyer’s measurements, or in US standard sizes (0 to 20) on request. Accordingly, those orders are not cancelable once fabric has been cut, and those garments are returnable only for alteration. Where possible, LadyBrothers garments are made with ample seam and hem allowances to allow a variety of alterations. All garments from LadyBrothers may be sent back to us once (within 30 days of delivery) for minor alterations at no additional charge, only the cost of the reshipment will apply. Construction (or subsequent alteration) time is generally up to 10 days.
To order made-to-order garments from LadyBrothers, please include your measurements (including US dress size, as well as your bust, waist, and height) in the Notes section of your shopping cart; we'll message if any additional measurements are needed. NEW / MADE-TO-ORDER via FOTOGRAFIEND
Original photography from Fotografiend is printed and framed per order and is not returnable nor refundable. If there is damage in transit, a postal claim will be filed, and a replacement will be sent.
GSPR NOTICE
All our products, unless otherwise noted on an individual product page, were available in the EU market prior to December 2024, and are not subject to subsequent requirements.
IMPORT TAXES
If buying from outside the US, your government may charge you taxes on your purchases. While your government may require a shipping company to collect tax on delivery, it is not a shipping charge. We have no control over when, or how much, your government may tax its citizens for their international purchases. If you have concerns about your government's taxation practices, please contact them directly.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Orders aren't voided by postal delay. No delivery date or range is guaranteed. When shopping during pandemics, strikes, inclement weather and such, international and perhaps some domestic shipments may also take longer to arrive than expected. Buyers agree to order only if they agree to wait for a delivery that is en route, or until a USPS investigation determines otherwise.
LAYAWAYS
Layaways are available on request, generally with a 20% deposit. Layaway purchases are available for exchange, minus a 20% return fee. Excessively late payments (more than 14 days past due) may incur a 5% of purchase price monthly late fee, though we'll communicate beforehand so you can avoid any late fee. Payments made toward a cancelled or defaulted layaway are not transferable to other existing layaways or other purchases, and are not refundable.

We're not able to provide additional photos, all available photos are included in the listing.
CONDITIONS and DESCRIPTIONS
As with all vintage and used items, please expect the normal wear that is the hallmark and authentication of used, vintage, and antique items. Sizes are approximate. As with all used items, condition is relative to age & never implies new/unused. Cleaning pre-owned garments is recommended. Actual color may differ from that displayed on various computer monitors, no guarantee you'll have same color interpretation we do. Measurements are approximate. Our opinion re: era, age, genre, style, material, medium, maker, technique, color, condition, origin, history & all descriptions may differ from yours & is offered w/o guarantee; no assurance or refund against others' differing perceptions. Titles & tags may contain keywords oft associated with merchandise, though not necessarily a description of it; please rely only on photos & full descriptions for precise details; abide photos over any obvious text errors.
BUYING ARTWORK & DECOR
As with any vintage and antique items, please expect age-appropriate wear including all the subtle signs of use and/or manmade irregularity that are the authentication and hallmarks of aged and hand-wrought wares. Condition is relative to age and no condition assessment implies unworn, unused, showroom-new condition. Flaws that are seen by our camera will be visible in photos, lesser signs of wear may be too minor for our camera to capture. Loss of gilt or flecks of paint, mild discolors, surface abrasions, patina and metal wear, crazing and craquelure and other glaze imperfections, wear to bottoms of bases, lines of separation in picture frame decorations, and all other signs of natural wear on vintage and antique items are not considered flaws, but rather are valuable indications of authentic age. Please expect these discreet signs of natural age-appropriate wear on all your vintage and antique treasures.
Computer color displays vary, actual color may differ from that displayed on your monitor. If you have a question about color we will describe the color as we see it though we can't guarantee that you'll have the same color interpretation. Measurements are approximate. Variable meaning terms like 'gold', 'pearl', 'silver' may be used to describe color or finish, and may not indicate all possible literal definitions. We don't scrape or file or X-Ray metals to determine how much primary, secondary, or tertiary metals might be in any object. Our opinion regarding era, age, genre, style, material, medium, maker, technique, color, condition, origin, history, and all descriptive information may differ from yours and is offered without guarantee.
Artist and maker names are relayed without guarantee. When necessary and possible, authenticity—including celebrity provenance—is confirmed to our standard, if you have your own criteria for determining authenticity of any item please employ it prior to purchase as transactions are not voided on the basis of discrepancy in perceptions of authenticity.
Paintings may have had retouch, reline, resize, restretch, or minor repair in their history that may be unknown by/unrelayed by us; backs of sealed artwork will likely not have been opened for inspection. Antique picture frames should be considered free with purchase of artwork, they will always show signs of distress, age, and wear including small losses of molded decoration; additional losses may occur in shipment and will not be covered by insurance nor are they a reason for refund, though all items can be returned for exchange or store credit within the return window (see Returns). Please notify us if you prefer to forego the frame and we will adjust the shipping price where possible.
After purchase, flat art may receive additional paper or fabric backing, frame supports, and/or improved hanging hardware at our discretion to aid in their safe transit and display. All objects may be dusted, lightly cleaned and/or lightly polished before shipment. Any joined or applied elements (frame decorations, etc.) that might be at risk of coming loose in transit may be secured with quality repair and retouch mediums prior to shipment. When hanging artwork, please test capacity of walls as well as any hardware (hooks, wires, strings, etc.) that's been included with your purchase before hanging wall art, or consult a professional at your discretion.
