Aesthetic movement or similar, likely French c. 1880, unsigned opaline vase with applied hand-blown green snake and gilt and enamel painted egyptian motif. Condition is excellent with age-appropriate wear, including rubbing of gilt, a small area of overpainting on the rim and small spot of roughness below rim that appears to be factory. Measures 11" tall and 16.25" body circumference. Please disregard the reflections of our umbrella lamps.
