Antique silk kimono, can be worn as a robe or coat or dressing gown, with bold allover double-cross design. Silk waist ties. Kimonos are generally considered 'one size fits most' with relaxed fit measurements that can be larger than the wearer. It measures about 44" around where tied, the length is 60".
Excellent antique condition, I find nothing more than a faint pea-size tea stain and other gentle age appropriate wear. As with all vintage and antique garments, age appropriate wear may include slight color variation or bleed on vintage and antique hand-dyed kimono textiles, light soil and/or discreet marks from previous use. A basting stitch (or the remnants of a basting stitch) may be found along the garments' edges—some kimono cleaners apply this stitch to hold the garment neatly in storage, it is easily removed if preffered. Photos may show additional wear, some might represent types of wear found throughout.
