Antique condition is good, a section of hinge is detached, though the attached portion allows the lid to operate normally (the lid can be removed by sliding the mechanism sideways), loss of gold colored plating (particular on hinge), with age-appropriate minor wear and use marks and discolors to all surfaces. Other age appropriate wear may include tarnish or patina, light scuffs, scrapes, wear, or discolors on all surfaces. Photos may show additional wear, some might represent types of wear found throughout.
