Signature may be required by someone at delivery address. US shipping is generally by USPS Priority Mail; they are generally shipped in 2 business days, transit time is generally 3 business days without guarantee. International orders are generally shipped by USPS Priority International, transit time is a week or more without a date guarantee.

All items from CASKET are antique, vintage, and/or previously owned. Please expect the normal wear and/or man-made irregularity that is the hallmark and authentication of aged and hand-wrought merchandise. Condition of all our items is relative to age and no assessment implies unworn, showroom-new condition (see our Purchase Info section if you are unfamiliar with examples of age-appropriate wear on used vintage and antique merchandise.) Some international shipments may be delayed by your country's customs office, a customs tax may be assessed by your government. Contact your local customs office prior to purchase if you have questions about your country's taxation policy. Please monitor tracking in case the carrier or customs need to reach you.

In the event of postal loss or damage on any shipment, we’ll file or aid with filing claims. Once carrier approves claim, buyer will be compensated by insurance. Please be sure your delivery address is secure as no compensation is available if tracking shows the item as Delivered.
